Fees
Fees are paid monthly in advance and are invoiced on the 1st day of the month, payable within 7 days.Late fees will be charged for payments received after 7 days.Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or cash.If a cheque is returned I expect any charges incurred and fees owed to be paid in cash. Any extra hours required must be agreed in advance to ensure I can keep within my registered numbers. They will be added onto the next months invoice. Any cancellation of extra hours must be made 48 hours in advance or the full fees will be charged.
Settling In Period/Termination
The first 4 weeks are considered a settling in period, during which either myself or the child’s parents may terminate the agreement without notice if we feel the arrangement is not fulfilling our needs as requested. Any deposit paid will be refunded but any retainer fees paid will not be refunded.
Tax Credits & Childcare Vouchers
If you work more than 16 hours per week you may be able to claim tax credits towards childcare costs. You may find more information here www.direct.gov.uk
